Spillmate was founded in 2023 with the goal of leveraging technology to make quality mental health support accessible and affordable for all.
Our Founding
Spillmate was founded by Taha Siddiqui, who was passionate about transforming mental healthcare after seeing loved ones struggle to find the help they needed. He assembled a diverse team of psychologists, counselors, engineers and AI experts to bring this vision to life.
Spillmate was born out of the idea that taking care of our mental health should be as simple and stigma-free as getting advice from a friend.

Our mission is to break down barriers like cost, location, and social stigma that prevent people from getting mental health support. Through convenient and affordable tools, we aim to promote mental wellness and make life-changing care easily available.
